Dubai Health Authority (DHA) was Formed in June 2007, under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Bin Al Maktoum, Vice Minister and Prime Minister of UAE, Ruler of Dubai. Before the formation of DHA, Dubai’s healthcare body was overseen by the Department of Health and Medical Services. 

Those medical professionals who desire to practice medicine in the Emirate of Dubai must gain a DHA license. With this licensing, you can practice in each Emirate with no additional examinations or tests. Only with a DHA certification can a healthcare professional begin their medical career in the Dubai Health Industry. 

The duration of the DHA Exam is 3 Hours.

A total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked for the DHA exam. 

The pass score for the DHA exam is 50% or more.
